Welcome to our website.  The Rattlesnake Ridge Water District has been providing public water utility service to Carter, Elliott, Lawrence, and Morgan counties since 1985.    With over 450 miles of existing waterlines, 12 storage tanks with a capacity of 1,571,000 gallons, and a water treatment plant capacity of 1.6 million gallons per day, we are dedicated to providing the highest quality water and best customer service.
